Therapy Services
You are not alone in feeling stuck. No matter the format of the therapy you’re looking for, it’s never too late to begin.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy combines the grounding elements of movement with the professional support of therapy. Using the images and inspiration of nature, we work on your goals in a collaborative and unconventional way. If traditional virtual or office talk therapy felt restrictive, then walk and talk might be a good fit.

We will meet at a park and take a casual 50 minute stroll. During which, we will conduct a therapy session. There may be pauses in which to reflect on how nature is impacting the session or your goals.
I recommend comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate layers. Think of our sessions as a "purposeful stroll" rather than a workout. We move at a pace that feels natural to you.

Feeling safe to share your feelings and fears is important. While I endeavor to choose paths and parks that allow for space and distance from others, it’s not possible to guarantee privacy or confidentiality in the same way as a therapy office. I’m happy to chat more about concerns you have regarding privacy in a consultation to see if walk and talk therapy is a good fit for you.

No such thing!
But there is dangerous weather. In the event the weather is dangerously hot, cold, stormy, snowy, we can meet in a HIPPA compliant virtual space. If you are ill or unable to participate in the walk portion of therapy, we can also move to virtual.

This is a good fit for someone who finds movement helpful for processing, wants to move more, or enjoys the expansiveness that being in nature can add to therapy.
This is best suited to individuals (adults and teens), can be a transformational approach for relationship groups and couples. Additional consultation and intake is needed to confirm the suitability for walk and talk therapy for couples. Hybrid options are available.
